BAKED BREADED TILAPIA
This Baked Breaded Tilapia recipe is a keeper! Succulent fish, covered with garlicky breadcrumbs and baked to perfection.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Place the tilapia pieces on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, and butter.
- Divide the breadcrumb mixture between the fish pieces and coat them evenly. (Press the breadcrumbs with your hands or the back of a spoon slightly, to make sure they are covering the fish nicely.)
- Now, the only step left is to bake these beauties. You'll need to bake the fillets for about 15-20 minutes, depending on how thick they are. I would suggest keeping an eye on the fish during the last 3 minutes, as the breadcrumbs can easily burn.

PANKO-CRUSTED TILAPIA
Steps:
- Put flour and eggs into 2 separate dishes. Combine bread crumbs, cilantro, lime zest, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a third dish.
- Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper. Put 1 fillet in flour, coat both sides, and gently shake off excess. Dip into eggs, turning once, then dredge in the bread crumb mixture to coat. Repeat with remaining fillets.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place fillets in the skillet and cook until crust is golden and fish is easy to lift with a spatula, 3 to 4 minutes. Turn and cook on the other side until fish flakes easily with a fork, another 3 to 4 minutes.

BREADED PAN-FRIED TILAPIA
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- If using breadcrumbs, proceed to Step 4. If using panko crumbs, put them in a food processor with the seasonings-salt, paprika, onion powder, thyme, pepper, and parsley flakes; process until the crumbs are quite fine.
- In a small bowl, combine the mustard and mayonnaise. Generously coat tilapia fillets with the mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry the coated tilapia fillets in the hot oil in a single layer, turning carefully after about 3 to 4 minutes. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes longer, or until cooked through and lightly browned.

- Dip fillets in flour until lightly coated, then into beaten eggs, then into bread crumb mixture. Lay in the baking dish with the garlic-butter mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until fish is golden and easily flakes with a fork, about 25 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.

This is a variation of a recipe I got off of here. I changed it around just a little. It's really great. I actually got my boyfriend to eat fish, so that's always a good sign.

Steps:
- heat olive oil in medium to large pan (around medium heat, depending on gas/electric).
- combine breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, greek seasoning, salt, pepper into shallow dish.
- mix milk and egg in another shallow dish.
- put fish in milk and egg mix; then dip in breadcrumbs.
- cook roughly 3-4 mins on each side.
- towards the end of the fish being done; quarter grape tomatoes; sprinkle a bit more of the Greek seasoning if necessary.
- Serve and enjoy!
