HOMEMADE BLUE CHEESE DRESSING (BETTER THAN STORE-BOUGHT)
This easy homemade blue cheese dressing is extra creamy and perfect for tossing with salad or used as a dipping sauce. Depending on what you plan to use the blue cheese dressing for, you might consider adding a little milk or water. Without it, the dressing is thick, which makes it perfect for dipping. If you want it to be pourable like a salad dressing, a splash of milk or water is the key.

- Use the back of a spoon to press some of the blue cheese crumbles into the sauce for even more flavor. The dressing will be thick, which makes it perfect for dips.

BLUE (BLEU) CHEESE DRESSING FOR DUMMIES
Finally! I found out how to make a wonderful bleu cheese dressing at home. I've tried so many, with all kinds of ingredients, but none of them came out wonderful until this one! And it's so simple, anyone can make it and feel like a real gor-may type chef! I usually use light (not the non-fat)mayo and sour cream and it's incredibly rich.

BLEU CHEESE SALAD DRESSING
In college I worked in a restaurant and was in charge of the salad bar including preparing the salad dressings. I found this recipe in an old cookbook for restaurants. On a weekly basis I usually had to make about 15 gallons of the Bleu Cheese and maybe 5 gallons of the other dressings.
