1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cups seasoned diced cooked chicken
1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
1 pouch (7.75 ounces) Bisquick™ Complete cheese-garlic biscuit mix
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 2-quart casserole or 8-inch square glass baking dish with cooking spray. In casserole or baking dish, mix soup and milk until well blended. Stir in chicken, broccoli and pimientos.
  • Cover and bake casserole about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
  • About 5 minutes before removing casserole from oven, make biscuit mix as directed on package, using water. Drop dough by 8 large spoonfuls onto chicken mixture around the edges. Sprinkle with chives.
  • Bake uncovered 12 to 17 minutes or until bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.

3 cups chicken cooked, shredded
3 cups chopped broccoli florets
10.5 oz condensed cream of broccoli soup
10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
12 oz Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Dump shredded chicken, broccoli florets, cream of broccoli soup, cream of chicken soup, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Stir well.
  • Add shredded cheddar to the bowl. Stir well again.
  • Dump mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch bake dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Open the package of biscuits and cut each one into six pieces.
  • Place the pieces of biscuit dough on top of the chicken and broccoli mixture, spacing them out as evenly as possible.
  • Place the dish in the oven and bake the casserole until the biscuits are nicely browned on top. 30-32 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow to sit for a couple minutes before scooping and serving.
  • Enjoy!

3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, divided
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Three Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1 cup all-purpose baking mix
3 Tbsp. milk

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Combine soup and 1/2 cup sour cream in 8-inch square baking dish. Stir in chicken, broccoli and cheese.
  • Mix baking mix, remaining sour cream and milk just until mixture forms soft dough; spoon into 6 mounds over chicken mixture.

2 cups cubed cooked chicken
10 ounces cooked broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 dash curry
8 ounces refrigerated biscuits
1/4 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except biscuits and topping in an 1 ½ quart casserole.
  • Mix well.
  • Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • Cut biscuits into halves and arrange in casserole.

¼ cup butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped baby carrots
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
4 cups chicken broth
1 (10 ounce) can peas, drained
4 cups diced, cooked chicken meat
2 cups buttermilk baking mix
2 teaspoons dried basil
⅔ cup milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Cook and stir the garlic, onion, celery, and carrots in butter until tender. Mix in the flour, sugar, salt, 1 teaspoon dried basil, and pepper. Stir in broth, and bring to a boil. Stirring constantly, boil 1 minute, reduce heat, and stir in peas. Simmer 5 minutes, then mix in chicken. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the baking mix and 2 teaspoons dried basil. Stir in milk to form a dough. Divide the dough into 6 to 8 balls. On floured wax paper, use the palm of your hand to flatten each ball of dough into a circular shape; place on top of chicken mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cover with foil, and bake for 10 more minutes. To serve, spoon chicken mixture over biscuits.

1 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 cup frozen peas, thawed and drained
2 medium carrots, sliced and cooked
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
your favorite biscuit dough (I use my own Low Fat Yogurt Biscuits #38667)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Add flour and stir thoroughly.
  • Add chicken broth and cook until thickened.
  • To the saucepan, add chicken, peas, carrots, onion and salt.

  • Heat oven to 375°F. In 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish, mix chicken, corn, soup and cheese.
