2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 (7 ounce) jars marshmallow creme
1/4 cup milk
fresh fruit (for dipping)

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except fruit in bowl; mix well.
  • Serve with fruit to dip; this is especially good with strawberries.

1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow fluff
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Blend with an electric mixer until creamy and all cream cheese lumps are gone.
  • Transfer to a bowl and place in the refrigerator until chilled, at least 30 minutes.
