2 (10 ounce) packages peanut butter chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Pour in condensed milk. Pour in peanut butter chips. Stir until blended.
  • Pour into a parchment-lined 9x9-inch pan. Let cool, 30 minutes to 1 hour. Cut into pieces and serve.

1 lb confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
6 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • put all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend til smooth. . .
  • line a 9x13 cake pan with wax or parchment paper and overlap both sides of the pan by 4-5 inches.
  • spread mixture into pan.
  • fold the extra width of paper over the fudge.
  • press and flatten the fudge down to desired thickness - about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
  • refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

This is an extremely soft fudge my mother in law used make back in the 50's and 60's.But oh so good.

1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup Karo light corn syrup
1 1/4 cups nonfat dry milk powder, sifted
1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted

Steps:

  • Blend the peanut butter and syrup in a large bowl.
  • Mix the sifted dry milk and sugar together add all at once.
  • Mix all together using a spoon until it will no longer mix.
  • Then use your hands to knead like bread dough until smooth and creamy.
  • Flatten out on cookie sheet and cut in squares.
  • Remember fudge will remain soft and pliable.
  • It will harden some if placed in the fridge.

1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups confectioners' sugar (10xpowdered, 1 lb box)
2 cups creamy peanut butter

Steps:

  • Melt margarine. Add ingredients together and mix well.
  • Spread out on a cookie sheet and then refrigerate. Makes 1 standard size cookie sheet of delicious peanut butter fudge.

I just got this from my sister today, who told me my Grandma used to make this. Posting in response to a request :) *cook time is fridge time *** Just in case you don't read the reviews of recipes, this is most definitely a soft fudge, it doesn't set up firm like typical fudge!

3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients WELL.
  • (using your hands actually mixes it the best).
  • Press into an 8x8" pan.
  • (A light spray of Pam is ok).
  • Toss into the fridge for at least an hour to set up.
  • Cut into 2" squares.
  • Eat.
  • Enjoy!
