This recipe is so simple to make and taste just as good as Potato Soup from a resturaunt. You will be amazed at how good it is. My family loves it. It does make a large amount. So make sure you have a big appetite.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 can(s) campbell's cheddar cheese soup
1 can(s) campbell's cream of celery soup
1 can(s) campbell's broccoli and cheese soup
1 can(s) campbell's cream of chicken and herb soup
4 can(s) evaporated milk
5 c diced potatoes, cooked until tender
1/2 c sweet onion, chooped fine and sauteed in 1 tb margarine
1 stick margarine, can use butter if desired

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir occasionally. Cook 4 hours on low.
  • 2. Serve hot, garnish with cheddar cheese and bacon bits.

One bag(s) fresh spinach ( small)
2 can(s) italian style tomatoes
4 c vegetable broth (4 cu ps)
1 pkg cream cheese (cut into chunks)

Steps:

  • 1. Place all above ingredients into crockpot Cook on LOW 5-6 hours SCRUMPTIOUS !
