  • Prepare brownie batter according to package directions; spread onto a greased 12-in. pizza pan. , Bake at 350° until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean, 18-22 minutes. 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 banana, sliced
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries or favorite berries
Miniature chocolate chips, if desired
Powdered sugar, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Using pencil, trace 9-inch circle onto sheet of cooking parchment paper. Place paper pencil side down on cookie sheet.
  • Make cookie mix dough as directed on pouch. Spread dough on parchment paper in even layer, keeping dough within shape of traced circle as best as possible.
  • Bake in center of oven 25 to 30 minutes or until cookie is firm around edge and soft, but just done, in center. Remove from oven to cooling rack. Cool about 15 minutes.

1/3 cup seedless raspberry all-fruit jam
1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved, or quartered if large
1 cup blueberries

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place tortillas on a baking sheet and top each with a tablespoon of jam, spreading it almost to the edge. Bake until tortilla is crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove and cool to room temperature.

Ingredients
1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated reduced-fat crescent rolls
11 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup apricot preserves
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries

Steps:

  • Unroll crescent roll dough and place in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Press onto the bottom and 1 in. up the sides of pan to form a crust; seal seams and perforations. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes or until golden. Cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the preserves and confectioners' sugar; spread over crust. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  • Just before serving, arrange berries on top. Cut into 20 pieces. Yield: 20 servings.
