  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

A Triple Berry Smoothie is made with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey and ice for a really quick and refreshing breakfast or snack anytime.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/3 cup raspberries (frozen)
1/3 cup blueberries (frozen)
2/3 cup strawberries (frozen)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup ice
2 teaspoons sweetener (recommend honey)

Steps:

  • Wash fruits. Remove the stems and cut strawberries in half. Measure out the fruit and place into a ziploc bag. You can make multiple ready-to-blend smoothie bags at once.
  • Once the berries are frozen, place into the blender with yogurt, honey and ice.
  • Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth and all the ice has broken up and thinned out.

3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup ice cubes
Optional: Sliced fresh strawberries, fresh raspberries, chia seeds, fresh pumpkin seeds, unsweetened shredded coconut and sliced almonds

Steps:

1 small banana, sliced
1 tbsp natural or Greek yogurt
100ml apple juice, chilled
3-4 mint leaves (optional), plus extra to garnish

  • Put the blueberries, banana, yogurt, apple juice and mint, if using, in a blender and blitz until smooth. Add a splash of water if it seems too thick.
  • Pour the smoothie into a tall glass with a glass straw to serve. Garnish with a sprig of mint, if you like.

1/2 cup orange juice, divided

Steps:

  • Place frozen strawberries and raspberries into a blender, and pulse several times to break up the berries. Pour in half the orange juice with the blender running, and allow to blend until smooth and thick, about 30 seconds. If smoothie is too thick, blend in remaining orange juice. Serve immediately.
