Raspberry flavor drink mix, strawberries and lime juice are mixed with club soda for a fruity and fizzy cooler that's sure to be the hit at any party.

Steps:
- Place drink mix, 1 cup of the water and strawberries in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into large plastic or glass pitcher.
- Add remaining 3 cups water and lime juice; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Stir in club soda. Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses.

- Slice orange and set aside. Add wine, peaches and their syrup, liqueur, orange juice, and sugar to a large pitcher, and stir to combine. Add orange slices to pitcher. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour. Pour into 6 wine glasses and serve immediately.;

- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour amaretto and blue Curacao over ice cubes. Top with chilled white cranberry juice and stir. Serve garnished with mint.

- Tip the goji berries, raspberries and ginger into a large jug. Pour over 850ml boiling water and leave to cool. Transfer to the fridge to infuse for at least 2 hrs, or overnight.
- Strain through a sieve into a clean jug, then sweeten with the honey. Fill four glasses with the ice, pour over the drink and garnish with the fresh berries and mint, if you like.

- Optional: Fill 2 ice-cube trays with fresh berries, add water and freeze until firm.
- Add to cooler as a substitute for ice cubes.
