1 kg (2.2 lb) corned beef, cubed
5 potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
½ tsp thyme, dried
2 Tbsp butter, cubed
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup beef stock

Steps:

  • Place the corned beef, potatoes, onion, parsley, and the thyme into the slow cooker. Mix together.
  • Add the butter, Worcestershire sauce and beef stock over the top of the corned beef mix.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve & Enjoy.

2 cups cut-up cooked beef - (to 3 cups)
(cubed stew beef works well for this)
2 packages frozen hash brown potatoes - (10 oz ea) thawed
1 onion finely chopped
1/4 cup butter or margarine melted
1 cup gravy or beef broth
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in crock-pot. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 6 to 8 hours (on HIGH setting for 2 to 3 hours). This recipe yields 4 servings (about 1 1/2 quarts). Double the recipe for a 5-quart Slow cooker.

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 cups shredded processed cheese
½ cup chopped onion
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, stir together the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Gradually mix in the hash browns until evenly coated.

3 pounds lean ground beef
1 can (15 ounces) tomato puree
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed French onion soup with beef stock
3/4 cup water
1 bag (28 ounces) frozen O'Brien potatoes with onions and peppers, thawed
4 medium carrots, diced (2 cups)
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Cook beef in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
  • Mix tomato puree and mushroom soup in medium bowl. Stir in onion soup and water.
  • Spray 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Reserve 1 cup of the potatoes. Gently mix beef, remaining potatoes, carrots, salt and soup mixture in cooker. Sprinkle with reserved 1 cup potatoes.
  • Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 9 hours or until vegetables are tender. Hash will hold on low heat setting up to 2 hours.

2 cups 1/2-inch cubes roast beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
½ cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Place potatoes on a microwave-safe plate and prick skins with a fork. Cook in the microwave until slightly tender, 7 to 8 minutes. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
  • Combine potatoes, roast beef, onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms in a bowl.
