2 cups ice, divided, or as needed
1 fluid ounce pineapple juice
1 fluid ounce orange juice
1 fluid ounce blackberry liqueur
1 fluid ounce banana liqueur
1 fluid ounce light rum
1 fluid ounce dark rum
1 splash grenadine syrup, or more to taste
1 fluid ounce high-proof rum (such as BacardiĀ®151)
1 slice orange

Steps:

  • Combine 1 cup ice, pineapple juice, orange juice, blackberry liqueur, banana liqueur, light rum, dark rum, and grenadine in a cocktail shaker and shake to combine.
  • Fill a hurricane glass with ice. Pour in mixture. Add high-proof rum for a floater and garnish with orange slice.

1 ounce light rum
1 ounce butter rum syrup, such as Monin brand
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
5 ounces sparkling wine, chilled
1 lime slice, for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine rum, rum syrup, pineapple juice, and bitters, and stir until well blended.
  • Pour rum mixture into a glass with ice and top with sparkling wine. Squeeze lime into drink and drop slice into the glass.

4 ounces dark rum
4 ounces blackberry brandy
4 ounces creme de banana
4 ounces lime juice
8 ounces sour mix
4 cups ice
2 ounces 151-proof rum

Steps:

  • Pour all ingredients in blender over ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a 12-ounce glass and float with 151-proof rum.
