- Preheat oven to 440°. Place barbecue sauce in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine onions, cheese and pepper. - Cook chicken with onions in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until chicken is done and onions are tender; drain. Stir in barbecue sauce. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
