3/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1/3 cup frozen peas
1/3 cup cubed cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons chopped celery
1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon diced pimientos
1 teaspoon finely chopped green pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions, adding peas during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and rinse in cold water. , In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir in macaroni and peas. Chill until serving.

1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 hard-boiled large egg, chopped

Steps:

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. 2 c macaroni, cooked and drained
1/2 c cheddar cheese, cubed
1 c miracle whip or mayonaise (more or less to taste)
2 Tbsp milk
1/4 c carrots, chopped medium to fine
1/4 c red pepper, chopped medium to fine
salt and pepper to taste

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  • 2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  • 3. If salad seems dry, add a bit more Miracle Whip or mayonnaise and stir until blended before serving.

1 (16 ounce) package macaroni
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup cucumber - peeled, seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 cup diced ham
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

  • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.
