Steps:
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground meat. Drain.
- Return the cooked meat to the pot.
- Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir to combine.

- In a large skillet over high heat, cook chicken breasts in canola oil until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with seasoning salt.
- Meanwhile, chop your red pepper, onion and spinach and add to the pan. Cook over high heat, stirring often, until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add beans, garlic and chili powder and cook 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes, barbecue sauce, broth, salt and macaroni and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook until pasta is al dente and liquid is mostly absorbed, about 9-10 minutes, stirring often. Stir in cheese (will continue to thicken as it sits and the cheese melts). Serve.

- In a large pot, boil pasta until al dente.
- Meanwhile, in a big, deep pot, brown beef in oil over medium high heat. Add onions, peppers, and garlic. Season meat mixture with chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and salt. Cook together 5 minutes, stir in beer or broth, and reduce liquid by half, 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Drain pasta. Add hot pasta to chili pot and stir to coat pasta evenly. Remove from heat and garnish big bowlfuls of chili mac with chopped scallions.

- Gather ingredients. Cook pasta according to the package directions. Drain pasta and toss with olive oil.
- Cook bacon in large Dutch oven over medium heat until it is just lightly crisp and the fat is rendering. toss in onion, jalapeno, and garlic and sauté until tender. Add the beef to the veggies to brown breaking up with a wooden spoon. Throw in the tomato paste and stir to blend.
- Stir in barbeque sauce, crushed and diced tomatos and beans, plus ranch seasoning and simmer for 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. add salt and pepper if needed. Add pasta to meat mixture and stir. Serve hot with condiments.

BARBECUED BEEF CHILI

- Combine the first five ingredients; rub over brisket. Cut into 8 pieces; place in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Combine the green pepper, onion, chili sauce, ketchup, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard; pour over meat. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or until meat is tender., Remove meat; cool slightly. Meanwhile, skim fat from cooking juices. Shred meat with 2 forks; return to slow cooker. Reduce heat to low. Stir in the beans. Cover and cook for 1 hour or until heated through. If desired, top with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped white onion and sliced jalapenos. Freeze Option: Freeze cooled chili in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. - Place meat in slow cooker; top with peppers and onions. Combine all remaining ingredients except Dinners; pour over ingredients in slow cooker. Cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4-1/2 to 6 hours). Remove meat from slow cooker; cut into small pieces or shred with fork.
