I just discovered Kiwi and bananas go together very well. This is pretty versatile-the banana can be adjusted for how thick you like your shakes. I'm still experimenting, so let me know how to improve this.

1 -2 kiwi (or more if you love kiwi)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 -2 banana (used for taste and thickening)

Steps:

2 handfuls baby spinach or kale
1 banana (room temperature)
1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

  • Peel and chop the kiwi. Add all ingredients to the blender, adding the liquids first and breaking the banana into pieces. Blend until smooth, adding a splash more water if necessary. Eat immediately or store up to 1 day refrigerated in a covered jar.

  • Peel the kiwis and chop them into quarters. If necessary, break or cut the frozen banana into chunks.
