Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Grease a 1/3-cup muffin pan or line with paper cups .
- In a bowl combine bananas, milk, oil, sugar, vanilla and egg. In another bowl whisk together dry ingredients - flours, oats, cinnamon and baking powder. Add dry mixture to wet mixture, mix well. Dust apples, raisins, and walnuts (if using) lightly to cover with flour, then fold inches.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
- Make sure you remove muffins immediately after they are done. Let them cool on a wire rack.

Steps:
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, bananas, apple and honey; mix well.
- Combine dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture just until moistened.
- Fill paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until muffins test done.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.

NO-FAT OATMEAL APPLE-BANANA MUFFINS (NO REFINED SUGAR, VEGAN)
These muffins are no fat (or low-fat with the addition of nuts) and they contain no refined sugar or dairy. All of the sugar comes from the added fruit and fruit juce - definitely a healthy morning muffin.
