1 lb. Conecuh Sausage
1 bottle honey BBQ sauce
1/2 bottle grape jelly
2 tbsp. mustard

Steps:

  • Cut the Conecuh Sausage into 1 inch slices. Heat a skillet to medium high with a small amount of oil if desired and add the sausage. Cook sausages, turning often, until browned well. Remove and drain on paper towels. Turn crockpot to high and add BBQ sauce, jelly and mustard...mix well. Add sausages and serve when sauce is hot. Your guest will love this appetizer!

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 pound package of Conecuh sausage, cut in 1/2 inch chunks or slices.
1 large bag of white beans, (Navy beans, Great Northern beans, or ham beans)
6 ounces of fresh spinach
1/4 cup of chopped yellow onion
1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Optional:
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1 stalk of chopped celery

Steps:

  • Place beans in the crock pot and add water, per instructions on bag (mine said 6 cups). Add about 6 ounces of spinach, chopped onion, and Conecuh sausage cut into 1/2 inch slices or chunks. Add seasonings. I also add a very small dash of dill, just to bring out the flavor of the spinach. Cook 6-8 hours until the beans are tender.

1-1/2 pounds bulk spicy pork sausage
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (31 ounces) pork and beans
1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15-1/2 ounces) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15-1/2 ounces) black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1-1/2 cups ketchup
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground mustard

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook and crumble sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add green pepper and onion; saute until tender. Drain. Add remaining ingredients., Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 20-30 minutes longer or until bubbly.

1 can of bush original baked beans
1/2 lb bacon
1 small onion
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup prepared mustard
4 tablespoons chili powder
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 tablespoon red pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix everything in a casserole except onion and bacon.
  • Peel onion and place in middle of beans, push down into beans.
  • Layer the top of the beans with bacon.
  • Bake until bacon is done!
