2 cans (28 ounces each) pork and beans
1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup cola
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons ground mustard

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 3-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours or until bubbly.

2 teaspoons margarine
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1 (16 ounce) can baked beans with pork
1 (16 ounce) package frankfurters, sliced
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon celery salt

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Saute onions in butter until tender. Stir in the baked beans and sliced frankfurters. Season with brown sugar, mustard and celery salt. Transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons pancake syrup, maple syrup, or molasses
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
4 slices bacon

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl, combine the baked beans, onion, brown sugar, pancake syrup, ketchup, and mustard.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange the strips of bacon in a single layer on top.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the bacon is browned and the beans have thickened. Serve and enjoy!

Please do not use any other brand but Bush's Baked Beans. It just will not taste the same. This makes a wonderful potluck dish.

1 lb hamburger
2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans bush's baked beans
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
5 slices bacon
2 onions, chopped
1 tablespoon molasses
3 tablespoons flour
salt & pepper

Steps:

  • Fry bacon, cut in small pieces. Remove bacon from fat.
  • Fry onions in fat then drain fat.
  • Add meat, salt & pepper.
  • Add flour and simmer for a few minute
  • Mix all together. Put in casserole dish.
  • Bake 1 hour at 350.
