- Preheat oven to 350°. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Insert cloves into edges of ham steaks. Place one ham steak in a greased shallow baking pan. Spread pineapple over ham; top with the second ham steak. Pour reserved pineapple juice over ham. Combine brown sugar and mustard; sprinkle over the top. , Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes or until a thermometer reads 140°, basting occasionally with pan juices. Discard cloves.

- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place the ham steaks on the lined sheet and arrange pineapples rings over top.

- Bake for 10-15 minutes until ham steaks are warmed and glaze is just browned. Serve immediately.

- Place ham in roasting pan. Score the surface with shallow diagonal cuts, making diamond shapes; insert cloves into diamonds. Cover and bake at 325° for 1-1/2 hours. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice. Combine brown sugar and reserved pineapple juice; pour over ham. Arrange pineapple slices and cherries on ham. Bake, uncovered, 30-45 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 140° and the ham is heated through.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Slice ham into thick slices.
- Place the ham steak in a shallow ovenproof pan and place the pineapple slices on top. Pour the pineapple juice over all.
- Place the ham steak in the oven and bake for 20 minutes (uncovered).
- After 20 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and turn the oven up to broil.
- Baste the ham with the pan juices. Sprinkle a little brown sugar over the pineapple slices and dust with cinnamon.
- Return to oven and broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until the pineapple is lightly browned. Serve each ham steak with a pineapple slice.

- Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
- Mix dark brown sugar and mustard together in a bowl. Place ham on a broiling pan rack. Spoon mustard mixture over both sides of the ham.
- Broil in the preheated oven until browned on one side, about 5 minutes. Flip, pour on pineapple juice from the can, and continue to broil for about 5 minutes more, adding pineapple rings on top in the final 2 minutes of cooking. Watch carefully as it cooks fast.

- Whisk pineapple juice, brown sugar, and dry mustard in a bowl until brown sugar has dissolved.
