- Mix all ingredients well and place in an casserole dish. Bake on lower oven rack at 350, uncovered, for approximately 1 hour or until the liquid thickens. Cover the casserole dish only if the liquid starts to evaporate too rapidly. If the beans begin to get too dry, add 1/4 cup of water and continue baking.

- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon until crispy.
- Add the chopped onion and saute in the bacon grease until translucent. Add the beans, mustard, maple syrup, and ketchup. Mix to combine.
- Transfer the beans into a shallow baking dish or casserole. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve and enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Oil 8x8x2-inch glass baking dish. Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Stir in 1 1/4 cups Coca-Cola. Add beans; stir to blend. Transfer to prepared dish. Top bean mixture with bacon pieces. Bake until bacon is crisp and bean mixture is hot and bubbling, about 1 hour. If mixture is dry, pour 1/4 cup more Coca-Cola over bean mixture to moisten. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve.

- 1. In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove; drain on paper towels. Crumble; set aside. Drain skillet of all but 1 Tbsp. drippings. Cook onion in drippings over medium heat until tender. Transfer to large bowl. Add beans and all but 1 Tbsp. of the bacon; set aside.
- 2. In another bowl, whisk together sour cream, broth, flour, rosemary, mustard, and pepper. Stir into bean mixture. Transfer to 2-qt. casserole. Bake, covered, in a preheated 325-degree oven for 45 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- 3. In a bowl, combine remaining bacon, parsley, and lemon peel. Sprinkle on beans just before serving.

- Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and fry over a medium heat for 10 mins, or until softened. Add the garlic and cook for 1 min. Stir through the butter beans and stock and bring to a simmer. Add the spinach. Cover and cook for 3 mins or until the spinach is wilted.
- Blitz the mixture using a hand blender for 10 secs, leaving some chunky, whole beans. Stir through the crème fraîche and mustard and season generously, then simmer for 3 mins to thicken. Set aside.
- Season the pork chops on both sides. Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan over a medium-high heat. Hold the chops on their sides with a pair of tongs to brown the fat. Cook each one on either side for 7 mins or until cooked through. Spoon the beans onto plates, slice the pork and arrange on top.
