This salad is so easy and you can use it as a side dish or as a meal in it self. Everyone always wants me to make it for cookouts or they want the recipe.You can add just about any vegetables to this. This will be one of your families favorite.

Number Of Ingredients 15

1 lb rotini noodles
1/2 lb deli turkey (diced)
1/2 lb deli ham (diced)
1/2 lb pepperoni (diced)
1 red peppers or 1 yellow pepper (diced)
1 cucumber (diced)
1 purple onion (diced)
1 tomatoes (diced)
1/2 cup celery
1 can black olives (optional)
1 cup broccoli floret
1/2 lb white processed cheese (cubed or shredded)
1/2 lb colby-monterey jack cheese (cubed or shredded) or 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese (cubed or shredded)
1/2 lb provolone cheese (cubed or shredded)
2 packages Italian salad dressing mix

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to directions, drain and cool.
  • Add all other ingredients, making sure that it is all diced small, except dressing.
  • Mix Italian dressing according to directions.
  • Pour over entire salad, mix well.
  • Serve chilled.

Aunt Pearl's favorite pasta salad is a dreamy blend of hot, cold, creamy and crunchy-thanks to cayenne pepper, fridge time, dressing and shredded cabbage.

1/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
4 cups cooked small shaped pasta
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup cashews

Steps:

  • Mix dressing and pepper until blended.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; toss to coat.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

A work acquaintance shared her recipe it was great, but I integrated my own flavor. My family won't stop asking for it, hope you enjoy also. Prep time maybe shorter, but I extremely dislike knife work.

1 1/2-2 cups imitation crabmeat
1 cup cooked shrimp (cut in halves)
1 (8 ounce) can black olives (coarsely chopped)
12 cherry tomatoes (cut in halves)
1 small red bell pepper (coarsely chopped)
1 small yellow bell pepper (coarsely chopped)
2 cups broccoli (coarsely chopped)
1/4 cup carrot (grated)
1 small red onion (coarsely chopped)
1 cucumber (peeled and chopped)
salt and pepper (to taste)
2 -3 teaspoons dill weed
2 -3 teaspoons italian seasoning mix
1 (12 ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing

Steps:

  • Cook Pasta following directions on box and cool the pasta.
  • Combine all ingredients well.
  • This should sit at least 30 minutes, but its best if it can sit overnight.
