- In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil on both sides. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine potatoes and sauce mix according to package directions. Spoon into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Arrange chops over potatoes., Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until meat juices run clear and potatoes are tender. Sprinkle cheese and bacon over chops. Bake 2-3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Prepare Potatoes as directed on package, following Oven Directions, using 13x9-inch baking dish and stirring corn into potato mixture. Top with chops.
- Bake 30 min. or until chops are done (145°F) and potatoes are tender. Remove chops; keep warm.
- Stir Cheese Sauce into potatoes. Top with chops.

- Add pork chops to a 13x9 dish. Follow recipe on back of au gratin potatoes for oven preparation. Add to dish with pork chops. Cover with foil.

- Sprinkle pork chops with seasoned salt and brown on both sides in oil.
- In a large bowl combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt & pepper. Stir in hash browns, 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar, and 1/2 the can of French fried onions. Spread mixture in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Arrange the pork chops on top cover with foil.
- Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 45 minutes. Then uncover and put the rest of the French fried onions and the rest of the cheese on top and bake uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes.

- In a large skillet, saute onions in oil and butter until golden brown. Remove to paper towels to drain. In the same skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp; remove to paper towels to drain., In the drippings, cook pork over medium heat until no longer pink. Add spinach and garlic; cook and stir for 6 minutes or until heated through. Drain thoroughly. Stir in the lemon zest, fennel seed, salt, pepper, 1/3 cup Swiss cheese and bacon., Place half of the onions in a greased 1-qt. baking dish; top with pork mixture and remaining onions (dish will be full).
