Steps:

  • Place popcorn in large bowl. In small bowl, mix soy sauce and sesame oil. Drizzle mixture over popcorn; toss until well coated. Stir in wasabi peas.

6 cups popped popcorn
2 cups rice crackers, wasabi peas, ramen snack
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2-1 teaspoon ground ginger (according to your taste)
1/2-3/4 teaspoon sesame oil (according to your taste)

Steps:

  • Mix popcorn and Asian snack mix together in a large bowl.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave butter on high until melted, about 20 seconds. Stir in soy sauce, ginger and oil.
  • Drizzle over popcorn mixture; toss.
  • Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake in a 300° F oven for 20 minutes, stirring once.
  • Allow to cool, serve or store in airtight container.

1 ½ cups chow mein noodles
1 cup honey roasted peanuts
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1 ½ teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce, or to taste
1 teaspoon ground ginger

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • Combine popcorn, chow mein noodles, and peanuts in a large bowl.
