Number Of Ingredients 8

6 hard-boiled large eggs
3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon Sriracha chili sauce or hot pepper sauce
Chopped green onions and black sesame seeds, optional

Steps:

  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; set aside egg whites and four yolks (discard remaining yolks or save for another use)., In a large bowl, mash reserved yolks. Stir in mayonnaise, soy sauce, ginger, salt, pepper and chili sauce. Stuff or pipe into egg whites. If desired, garnish with chopped green onion and black sesame seeds. Chill until serving.

9 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp wasabi paste
2 tsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp green onions, thinly sliced
4 Tbsp panko bread crumbs

Steps:

  • 1. Cut each egg in half and put yellow parts in a food processor.
  • 2. Add mayonnaise, wasabi, soy sauce, and rice vinegar and process until smooth.
  • 3. Add green onion and panko bread crumbs to yolk mixture. Pulse just enough to mix in evenly.
  • 4. Fill whites with yolk mixture and top with sesame seeds.
  • 5. Serve on platter.

9 eggs
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
½ cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons wasabi paste
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
4 tablespoons panko bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Place eggs in a saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 15 minutes. Remove eggs from hot water, cool under cold running water, and peel.
  • Place sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat; cook and stir until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Remove to cool on a plate lined with a paper towel.
  • Cut each egg in half lengthwise; place egg yolks into a food processor with mayonnaise, soy sauce, wasabi paste, and rice vinegar. Process until smooth; place green onion and panko bread crumbs into yolk mixture and pulse just enough to mix evenly.

Steps:

  • Slice each hard-boiled egg in half, remove the yolk, and place into a food processor or blender. (Reserve the whites for another use.) Add mayonnaise, soy sauce, wasabi, ginger, and rice wine vinegar, and process until smooth. Add the panko bread crumbs, and pulse until they're incorporated into the yolk mixture.
