2 cups water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
2 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks (3 inches)

Steps:

  • In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or until cider reaches desired temperature. Discard cloves and cinnamon sticks.

2 cups apricot nectar
1 (12-ounce) bag frozen peach slices
3 cups water
1 cup bourbon
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon allspice
2 to 3 cinnamon sticks, plus more for serving

Steps:

  • Stir all ingredients together in a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 2 to 3 hours. Remove cinnamon sticks and switch to WARM setting for serving.
  • Serving Ideas: Serve in Irish coffee mugs with a cinnamon stick swizzle.

  • In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine apple juice and ginger ale. Place the apricots, cranberries, cinnamon sticks, allspice and cloves on a double thickness of cheesecloth; bring up corners of cloth and tie with string to form a bag.
