2 2 2 cups flour
1 1 1 teaspoon baking powder
3 3 3 /4 teaspoon salt
1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 1 1/4 10 sticks unsalted butter, 10 tablespoons
2 2 2 cups packed golden brown sugar
2 2 2 large eggs
2 2 2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 3/4 3/4 cup chocolate chips
3/4 3/4 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Flour and butter a 9 x13 x 2 pan. Sift flour into a bowl. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Set aside. Melt butter. In mixing bowl, place melted butter and add sugar, mixing well. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Add flour slowly, blending. Batter will be slightly thick. Spread in pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans over all. Bake for 25 − 30 minutes.

3/4 cup butter, softened
2 cups packed brown sugar
4 large eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
MAPLE CREAM SAUCE:
1 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk
Vanilla ice cream and chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in pecans. , Spread into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack., For the sauce, combine syrup and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in milk. Cut brownies into squares; cut in half if desired. , Place on dessert plates with a scoop of ice cream. Top with sauce; sprinkle with pecans.

1 cup brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 T vanilla
1/2 cup white choc. chips
maple sauce
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Steps:

  • 350*.. sift flour,bpowder, b soda and salt.. resift .. add nuts.. mix well and set aside.. melt butter, add brown sugar and mix well.. add egg and vanilla.. blend well.. add flour mix a little at a time mix well.. stire in chips.. spread in 9 in pan.. bake 20-25 min or until pick comes out clean. topping combine syrup and butter, cook over low heat til butter melts.. stir in brown sugar til dissolved.. add walnuts
