These apple pie-inspired crescent roll-ups are the perfect last-minute treat for any occasion. All you need is 30 minutes, five ingredients-including flaky, buttery crescent rolls and fresh Granny Smith apples-and a love for warm fall flavors!

1 small Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, cut into 8 (1/2-inch) slices
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon apple pie spice

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper, or grease cookie sheet. Set aside.
  • In small bowl, toss apple slices in 1 tablespoon of the melted butter; set aside. Separate dough into 8 triangles.
  • In small bowl, mix brown sugar and apple pie spice. Divide mixture evenly among triangles. Top each triangle with apple slice. Starting at short side of each triangle, wrap dough around apple. Place on cookie sheet. Brush with remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter.
  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crescents are deep golden brown and apples are softened. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

1 bag(s) (16 oz.) large marshmallows
2 tablespoon(s) butter
- nonstick spray
3 teaspoon(s) pumpkin pie spice
8 cup(s) apple-cinnamon o-shaped cereal

Steps:

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine marshmallows and butter. Place in the microwave and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until the marshmallows are big and puffy.
  • While the marshmallows are melting, spray a brownie tin (or a 9x13" baking pan) and mixing spoon with nonstick spray.
  • Remove marshmallows from the microwave; add pumpkin pie spice, stir until blended, then add cereal. Stir until well combined. Place into the tin and press into all of the corners. Let rest for 1 hour. Store leftovers in an airtight container.

1 1/3 cups vegetable oil
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
3 large eggs
3 to 4 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (3 cups)
1 cup chopped assorted nuts, such as pecans and walnuts (optional)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Caramel Sauce
Nonstick cooking spray with flour

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 12-cup Bundt pan with cooking spray; set aside.
  • Working over a large sheet of parchment paper, sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt; gather sifted ingredients into center of sheet; set aside.
  • In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine vegetable oil, sugar, and eggs; mix on high speed until lemon yellow.
  • Fold reserved parchment in half lengthwise; with mixer on medium speed, gradually shake in dry ingredients until just incorporated.
  • Add apples and, if desired, nuts, to batter; mix to combine. Add vanilla, mixing until incorporated.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan, and bake until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean, 75 to 90 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, and cool slightly on a wire rack.
  • Invert cake onto rack; turn cake right-side up to cool completely on rack, and serve drizzled with caramel sauce.
