4 flour tortillas (8 inches)
Refrigerated butter-flavored spray
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
DIP:
4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
4-1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • For chips, spritz tortillas with butter-flavored spray; cut each into eight wedges. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over tortillas. Bake at 350° for 7-9 minutes or just until crisp. , Meanwhile, for dip, in a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, yogurt, sugar and cinnamon until smooth. Serve with cinnamon chips.

2 cups peeled, cored, and diced apple
2 tbsp fresh lemon/calamansi juice
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 tsp water
♥ for the chips
5 (6-inch) wheat tortillas
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

  • ■You can either cook this on the stove-top or the microwave. ■Combine all the dip ingredients in a small pan/ microwaveable bowl except the cornstarch-water mixture. ■Heat for a few minutes until it's boiling and has extracted juice from the apple. ■Add cornstarch-water mixture to the "sauce" ■Put back in the microwave/stove top until boiling and the sauce has thickened. ■Set aside. You can serve this warm or chilled. It doesn't matter. It will taste delicious. ■Cut tortillas into desired size. {wedges} ■Put in a slightly greased baking pan. ■Brush the tortillas with butter. ■Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, and bake at 210º C until golden brown, about 5-8 minutes. ■Let them cool before serving and serve with the Apple Pie Dip

2 cups apples, peeled, cored & diced - We prefer Granny smith with LOTS of spots. (The more spots, the sweeter the apple)
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon water

Steps:

  • In a medium pot over medium heat, combine apples, lemon juice, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook until mixture is boiling and apples are cooked and soft. In a small bowl combine cornstarch and water. Add cornstarch mixture to the apples and continue to cook until apples glaze is nice and thick. Serve with pie crust cookies or cinnamon sugar tortilla chips (both can be found on our website)
