8oz Cream Cheese lowfat or regular **Have at room temperature makes mixing easier
3/4 Cup Light Sour Cream (about ¾ of a small container)
1 Regular size container of Lite or Sugar FreeCool
1/2 cup Splenda or sweetener of your choice
2 cups of grapes cut in half (any kind, red ones looks good in this receipe)

Tip* Try to use apples that are slightly sweet and tart, the Honey Crisps are the best in this salad

Steps:

  • In a Food Processor or by hand you will want to blend the cream cheese & Splenda together until combined. Next add the sour cream and mix until fully combined, Next add the cool whip mixing all together well. Make sure your cream cheese is at room temp that will aid in getting your dip nice and smooth. If you are serving several people then you can mix all the dip directly with all the apples and grapes and serve. Leftovers can be stored about 2 days once it's mixed. If you are serving the next day. Just keep the fruit in baggies in the fridge and the dip will last in the fridge on its own about 4 to 6 days once it's made.
