Found the recipe on the computer. Easy dessert for the holidays.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 can(s) apple pie filling or sugar-free
1 box angel food cake (dry)
sugar or splenda sugar
cinnamon
caramel (opt)
cool whip or ice cream

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the dry angel food cake mix with apple pie filling,pour into a greased 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar or Splenda sugar.
  • 2. Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes. Do not over bake the cake is done when browned on the top but not completely set. (If using a glass pan bake 325F)
  • 3. Remove from oven and serve with a dollop of cool whip, also great with vanilla ice cream and caramel.

INGREDIENTS:
1 CAN APPLE PIE FILLING
1 BOX ANGEL FOOD CAKE MIX (DRY)
SUGAR
CINNAMON
CARAMEL (OPT)

Steps:

  • MIX THE DRY ANGEL FOOD CAKE MIX WITH THE APPLE PIE FILLING, POUR INTO A GREASED 9X13 CAKE PAN, SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON AND SUGAR.
  • BAKE AT 350@ FOR 20-30 MINUTES.
  • DO NOT OVER BAKE, CAKE IS DONE WHEN BROWNED ON TOP BUT NOT COMPLETELY SET.
  • ( IF USING A GLASS PAN BAKE AT 325@)
  • REMOVE FROM OVEN AND SERVE WITH A DOLLOP OF COOL WHIP.
  • ALSO GREAT WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM AND CARAMEL.
