Steps:
- In a large bowl mix together all ingredients (except walnuts) and mix well.
- Form a ball and roll in the walnuts until coated on all sides, packing tightly as you go.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour, or overnight.

ANYTIME CHEESE BALL
Steps:
- Soften cream cheese. Chop the beef into small pieces. Chop the onions into small pieces. Crush the nuts or purchase already crushed.
- Mix with washed hands, cream cheese, beef and onion. Form the mix into a ball and roll in the crushed nuts.
- Chill for 15 minutes and serve with crackers.
