2 packages cream cheese
1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 cans pineapple
0.5 cups bacon bits
0.5 cups green onions
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoons season salt
1 tablespoons black pepper
1.5 tablespoons dill weed
1 cups walnuts

Steps:

  • In a large bowl mix together all ingredients (except walnuts) and mix well.
  • Form a ball and roll in the walnuts until coated on all sides, packing tightly as you go.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour, or overnight.

2 -4 tablespoons white vinegar
1 lb processed cheese (such as Velveeta) or 1 jar Cheese Whiz
garlic powder

  • DO NOT MICROWAVE TO SOFTEN. Leave at room temp to soften.
  • Mix together, and roll into a ball, roll in nuts/cheese/plain Wrap in plastic

45 stalks chive onions
1 cups nuts

Steps:

  • Soften cream cheese. Chop the beef into small pieces. Chop the onions into small pieces. Crush the nuts or purchase already crushed.
  • Mix with washed hands, cream cheese, beef and onion. Form the mix into a ball and roll in the crushed nuts.
  • Chill for 15 minutes and serve with crackers.
