Kind of different than the usual deviled egg, so I renamed it. Creamy and easy to make. Delicious too!

12 eggs
¼ cup ranch dressing
6 tablespoons creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
¼ teaspoon celery seed
ground black pepper to taste
¼ teaspoon paprika, for garnish

Steps:

  • Place eggs into a large saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, and cool the eggs under a stream of cold water in the sink, 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Peel the eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
  • Scoop the egg yolks into a bowl, and mash them with a fork.
  • Mix in the ranch dressing, creamy salad dressing, pickle relish, yellow mustard, celery seed, and black pepper until thoroughly combined.
  • Spoon the filling into the egg white halves.
  • Sprinkle each egg half with a pinch of paprika.

These eggs are light and I made them with a hint of sweet mascarpone cheese so they're heavenly!! I hope you like them!

6 eggs, hard-boiled
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1/8 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Steps:

  • Hard boil your eggs.
  • Remove outer shells and cut each egg in half.
  • Scoop out the yolks and place them in a bowl. Place your egg whites on a serving plate.
  • Add pepper, mayonnaisse, mascarpone, and vinegar to the yolks and blend well with a mixer.
  • Add mustard and salt and mix until just blended.
  • Place yolk mix inside the hole of each egg where the yolk used to be.
  • Decorate with paprika.
  • Chill then enjoy!

-1 1/2 TBSP RELISH
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
-1 TBSP DILL
1 TBSP PAPRIKA

Steps:

  • 1. BOIL EGGS 2. CRACK SHELLS 3. CUT IN HALF (USED A PAPER TOWEL TO 4.CLEAN IN BETWEEN CUTTING EACH EGG SO THAT THE EGGS DONT GET YOLK ON THEM. 5. SCOOP OUT EACH YOLK AND ADD TO A BOWL. 6.MIX IN ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR PEPPER, PAPRIKA AND SALT. 7. TASTE AND THEN ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. 8. DIVIDE THE MIXTURE AND ADD TO EACH WHITE EGG AND THEN ADD PAPRIKA.
