2 c canned corn (drained)
1 c milk
2/3 c cracker crumbs (saltines)
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp minced onion
salt and pepper, to taste
2 eggs
1/2 c butter, melted

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease or butter a casserole dish.
  • 2. Mix corn, milk, cracker crumbs, sugar, onion, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • 3. Beat eggs and mix with butter. Combine with corn mixture and mix well. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
  • 4. Bake 40 minutes.

1 (18 ounce) can creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Steps:

  • .Beat eggs until foamy. Add corn and sugar. Warm up milk, do not boil, and add cornstarch until smooth. Add butter until melted. Add to corn mix, slowly. Bake in greased casserole, at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Toothpick test.
