Steps:
- Beat eggs into milk.
- Combine corn eggs, milk, seasonings and 2 tbs melted butter.
- Pour into casserole dish.
- Mix remaining butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Steps:
- 1. Cook the corn. Beat the eggs and milk. Combine corn, eggs and milk, seasonings and 2 Tbsp butter. Mix well.
- 2. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
- 3. Mix crumbs and butter and sprinkle over corn.
- 4. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until mixture is set.
AMISH BAKED CORN CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Spray casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, mix together corn, flour, milk, sugar, pepper, and salt. Then add beaten eggs. Put in casserole dish. Bake at 350 deg. for 30 min. While casserole is baking, combine 4 T. melted butter with 1 1/2 C. Ritz cracker crumbs (1 sleeve). Pull out casserole, sprinkle with Ritz crumbs, and bake for 15 more min.
