Steps:
- 1. In a frying pan brown meat & drain. Add in green chili's & taco seasoning.
- 2. In a square baking dish layer chips, meat, beans, cheese. Repeat and make another layer ending with cheese.
- 3. Bake at 400F to brown the top & then turn down to 300F to melt and heat all the way through. About 15 minutes.
- 4. When nacho''s are ready add lettuce, tomatoes, & sour cream. ****Add whatever other toppings you would like.. jalapenos, black olives, ect.

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook ground beef, onion and bell pepper in large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes or until cooked through, stirring frequently. Drain, if needed. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Arrange tortilla chips in single layer on 2 lightly greased foil-lined shallow baking pans, overlapping chips if needed to cover bottom completely. Top each pan of chips with 1/2 each of the meat mixture and the cheese.
- Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.

- 1. Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper in a large skillet. Add salsa, refried beans, water, taco seasoning, and spices. Combine well. Bring to a boil and turn off.
- 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 3. Layer chips on a large cookie sheet and pour the meat mixture over the chips evenly so they are all covered.
- 4. Add your choice of cheese being very generous covering all the meat and chips. If you want to make it a little more spicy, add the pepper jack. It is optional. My kids love it.
- 5. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- 6. Top with shredded lettuce,tomato,chopped onion, black olives and sour cream if desired. Jalapeno peppers and guacamole if desired.

- Arrange a mixture of 2 varieties of corn chips on a very large platter or use your broiler pan as a platter.
- Combine salsa ingredients in a bowl and set aside for flavors to marry.
- Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add oil, garlic, onion and peppers to the pan and saute 2 minutes, then add meat and crumble with wooden spoon. Season meat with salt, chili powder, cumin and cayenne pepper sauce. Cook meat 5 minutes, then stir in beans and reduce heat to low.
- In a medium sauce pot, melt butter and add flour to it. Cook flour and butter 1 to 2 minutes over moderate heat, then whisk in milk. When milk comes to a bubble, stir in cheese with a wooden spoon. Remove cheese sauce from the heat.
- Pour cheese sauce evenly over the massive spread of chips and top evenly with beef and beans and the pico de gallo. UBER NACHOS! Serve immediately as is or, garnish with your choice of extra toppings from the toppings list.
SUPER NACHOS

- Cook and stir ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until meat is crumbly and no longer pink, 5 to 10 minutes. Drain excess grease. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water and simmer until beef mixture has thickened, 8 to 10 minutes.

- In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender, stirring to separate meat.
