Healthy ranch chicken wings made with a homemade ranch seasoning and baked in the oven until perfectly crispy. These wings take just a few simple ingredients and are so easy to make for a delicious flavorful dinner. This recipe is Whole30 compliant, Paleo, and dairy-free. 4 tablespoons dried parsley
3 tablespoons dried chives
2 tablespoons dried dill
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons pink salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1.5-2 pounds split chicken wings, cleaned and patted dry
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning
1 tablespoon avocado oil
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 425 degrees.
  • Add all of the ranch seasoning ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
  • Add the chicken wings, salt, 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning, avocado oil, and red pepper flakes (if using) to a mixing bowl. Toss the chicken wings until they are well coated in the oil and seasoning.
  • Transfer the chicken wings to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until browned and crispy.
  • Remove the wings from the oven and sprinkle with a little extra ranch seasoning. Serve immediately and enjoy!

1 1/2 pounds chicken wings, joints separated and tips discarded
Salt
1 cup crushed unsweetened rice cereal
1/2 cup grated Parmesan, plus more for topping
3 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup store-bought gluten-free tomato sauce
2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Sprinkle the chicken wings with salt.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the cereal crumbs and Parmesan. Coat the chicken in the cereal mixture, dip into the eggs, then coat again with the cereal mixture; place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining chicken. Bake until golden and cooked through, about 20 minutes. Preheat the broiler.
