Summer is quickly approaching and there is no better way to kick-off the season than with a BBQ! Grilled NY Strip with fresh crumbled goat cheese and grilled fennel will really set your guests off this Memorial Day!

Steps:
- Whisk shallot and lemon juice in small bowl to blend. Gradually whisk in oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let stand 15 minutes to blend flavors.
- Combine Arugula and sliced fennel in large bowl. Toss with enough dressing to coat salad. Add Alouette Crumbled Goat Cheese; toss gently and serve.
- ** You can also sprinkle a little of the Alouette Crumbled Goat Cheese onto the "Strip Steaks" during the last 2 to 3 minutes of cooking for a different presentation.
GRILLED STEAK SALAD WITH CRUMBLY BLEU SALAD DRESSING
A lovely summer salad topped with grilled steak slices and served with a delicious vinaigrette dressing with crumbly bleu cheese added.

Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in blue cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Brush olive oil on steaks and sprinkle with Monreal Steak Seasoning.
- Grill steaks, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 6-10 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness.
- Thinly slice meat.
- On a serving platter or individual salad plates, arrange lettuce, tomato, carrot, onion and olives.
- Top with steak and dressing.

Great when you feel like having something different on the grill! Preparation time does not include marinating time in refrigerator. Cooking time includes cooking time and setting time before slicing.

Steps:
- Whisk soy sauce, Worcestershire, lemon juice, cilantro and ginger root to blend. Pour into a large Zip-lock bag.
- Add steak, and turn to coat. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature, or refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to cook, prepare barbecue.
- Drain marinade into small sauce pan, and bring to boil. Set aside, and keep warm.
- Grill steak about 3-5 minutes per side, depending on how rare or well done you like it. Let steak stand for 10 minutes.
- Thinly slice across grain.
- Drizzle sauce over top.
