HEALTHY OIL-FREE GRANOLA
The best Healthy Oil-Free Granola recipe! It's simple to make, sweetened with maple syrup, crunchy, and super delicious. Serve in a bowl with your favorite plant milk for a delicious breakfast or enjoy all by itself as a snack.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350˚F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put all the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix everything together.
- Pour the wet ingredients evenly over the dry oat mixture and toss until everything is well covered and combined.
- Spread the granola evenly over the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes until its golden. But, be careful not to let it burn. Gently toss the granola halfway through the cooking process.
- Once the granola is done baking remove it from the oven let it cool for 15-20 minutes.
- Store in airtight container or jar until you're ready to enjoy.

- Heat oven to 300°F.
- In large bowl combine dry ingredients. Slowly stir in the vanilla, honey and applesauce until combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a lightly sprayed baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Add in the cranberries, pressing them into the granola. (If you want the cranberries to cook and be a little firm, which the husband and I do, stir them in after 20 minutes. If you're like my brother, leave the cranberries out and add once the granola has cooked completely so they'll stay moist.) Continue cooking for a total of 30 minutes to an hour - stirring every 15 minutes - or until golden brown. If you stir less often, you'll have more clumps in your granola.
- Cool completely and store in an airtight container or divide into individual portions. I divided my batch into 2-ounce servings, 8 servings in all.

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with baking parchment.
- Mix oats, wheat germ, oat bran, almonds, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, and salt together in a bowl. Beat maple syrup and egg white together in a separate bowl; pour into the oat mixture and stir to coat completely. Spread the mixture onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake in preheated oven, rotating pans every 20 minutes, for 90 minutes. Increase heat to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) and continue baking until golden brown, about 30 minutes more.
- Transfer the oat mixture to a large bowl, add coconut and cranberries, and stir. Let granola cool to room temperature.
