ALMOND BARK DROP COOKIES
This big recipe is quick and easy. It's great for cookie exchanges, or those times when you need a lot of cookies. It's an easy recipe for kids to help with too.

Steps:
- In a microwave oven or over a double boiler, melt the white confectioners' coating, stirring frequently until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until well blended. Fold in the peanuts crisp rice cereal and marshmallows. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto waxed paper lined baking sheets.
- Chill until set. Store in refrigerator.

ALMOND BARK COOKIES
These are easy no-bake cookies my children are always asking for, but we have to have for the holidays. They are so easy the kids can take over after you melt the almond bark.

Steps:
- Melt the almond bark following the direction on the package. I do mine in the microwave for 1 minute, stir, then 30 sec., stir, repeat until melted.
- Add the peanut butter and stir until well blended.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until all ingredients are coated.
- Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper and let cool.

SWEDISH ALMOND BARK COOKIES
Steps:
- Beat butter and sugar together. Sift in flour Add potato starch Mix all lightly together Roll into 4 long rolls and wrap in wax paper Refrigerate Slice into 3/8" pieces Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool Dip half of cookie into melted almond bark Enjoy!
