1/4 cup chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons kosher salt
olive oil

Steps:

  • In small bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add enough olive oil to make a paste. Rub over raw meat, under and over chicken skin, or on seafood.
