AIR FRYER PEPPERONI CHIPS
Great on their own as a snack or an excellent tool for your favorite dip. My favorite dip to pair these with is spinach and artichoke dip. I also like to use them as a replacement for croutons in a salad. You get that crunch and they have so much flavor you can cut back on the dressing as well.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place pepperoni slices in the basket of the air fryer, making sure they are only slightly overlapping if need be.
- Cook for 5 minutes. Using tongs, transfer slices to a paper towel-lined plate and let sit for 5 minutes for final crisping. Eat immediately or refrigerate and store in an air-tight container.

- Lay out tortilla's on a flat service.
- Put a layer of 14 pepperoni slices on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle 1 pieice of crumbled bacon on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of mozzarella over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sharp cheddar cheese over each tortilla.
- Wrap up and place seam side down in the air fryer basket.
- Spray with butter flavored cooking spray.
- Cook in air fryer at 400 degrees for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and desired crispyness.

- Spread pizza sauce evenly over tortillas to within 1 inch of edges.
- Sprinkle each evenly with cheese.

- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
