Steps:
- 1. In the blender combine the watermelon and water and puree until smooth. Pour into a pitcher and garnish with sliced limes and a spring of mint. To serve, place the ice in each glass and pour the watermelon agua fresca. Garnish each glass with a lime wedge and serve.

- Cut watermelon into small pieces and place in a blender. Add 1 cup water and 1/8 cup sugar; puree until smooth. Pour into a pitcher.
- Add remaining 2 cups water. Sweeten with additional sugar, to taste.

- Puree the diced watermelon with 4 cups cold water in blender. Blend until smooth, and then pour into a pitcher - any ground seeds should remain in the bottom. Add 6 cups cold water and sweeten with sugar, as needed. Garnish with lime wedges.

My DH is from Mexico and this is a staple there on hot days. The first time I tried it I was hooked (didn't even get sick from the water...lol). This is a great change for those hot days, just drink and enjoy.
