11 ounces can mandarin oranges (, drained)
½ cup crushed pineapple (, drained well)
1 lb small curd cottage cheese
3.4 ounces package orange gelatin
8 ounces container whipped topping
1 cup mini marshmallows

Steps:

  • In bowl combine the oranges, pineapple and cottage cheese until mixed.
  • Add in your orange gelatin and stir until it starts to dissolve.
  • Stir in your whipped topping until everything is combined.
  • Fold in your mini marshmallows.
  • Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
6 ounces (1/2 jar) of Maraschino Cherries, drained and chopped
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 (8 ounce) tub Cool Whip (or less) (or 2 cups real whipped cream)

Steps:

  • In a serving bowl combine drained oranges, drained pineapple, drained and chopped maraschino cherries & marshmallows. Gently mix. Add Cool Whip and gently fold until combined. Serve immediately.

3 ounces strawberry jello
12 ounces fat free cottage cheese
8 ounces strawberries (sliced)
1 banana (sliced)

Steps:

  • Spoon the Cool Whip and the powdered (unprepared) Jello in a large mixing bowl and whisk until they are well blended and most of the Jello dissolves into the Cool Whip.
  • Next, fold in the cottage cheese, strawberries, and bananas.
  • Store in refrigerator until you are ready to eat.
