Steps:
- 1. In a saucepan on the stove, add the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk; mix until combined.
- 2. Bring to a boil on high heat; constantly stirring. Cook for 2 minutes once it starts to boil. Note: You want a good hard boil.
- 3. Remove from heat; add the vanilla and peanut butter.
- 4. Stir until all the peanut butter has dissolved.
- 5. Add the oatmeal.
- 6. Mix oatmeal in the chocolate sauce until all combined together.
- 7. Using a cookie scoop or a heaping tablespoon, drop onto parchment or tinfoil and smash down to form the shape of a cookie.
- 8. Let cool until they are set - takes about 20 minutes or so.
5 MINUTE COOKIE
This easy cookie cooks in the microwave and is an easy way to get a quick sugar fix!

- Place butter in an oversized microwave-safe mug. Melt in microwave for about 40 seconds (for cold butter) or until completely melted.
- Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix with a small whisk until dough comes together. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Press dough evenly across the bottom of the mug. Or, if you want to make a traditional cookie, scoop the batter out of the mug and form it into a cookie shape (round thick disc) on a microwave-safe plate lined with parchment paper.
- Cook in microwave for about 50 seconds. Let cookie cool a few minutes to firm up. Then eat immediately. Please note, cookie must be eaten immediately or it will dry out and harden after a while.

I got this recipe from a father of one of my Girl Scouts in Mississippi in 1973. It's a favorite at my house and the Girl Scout is now the mother of my four grandchildren. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Bring margarine, sugar, milk and cocoa to boil. Let boil for exactly 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and peanut butter. Then stir in oats.
- Quickly drop by large tablespoon onto wax paper laid on top of newpaper. Let cool, peel from paper and turn over to finish drying.
- Store in closed container.

2-MINUTE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- Grease a large (at least 8-inch (20 cm) diameter) microwave-safe plate with butter.
- In a medium bowl, use a whisk or fork to stir together the butter, sugar. Add vanilla extract.
- Add the egg and stir to combine.
- Add the flour and salt and stir until just incorporated
- Fold in 5 tablespoons of the chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough into a mound at the center of the prepared plate. Lightly press the remaining chocolate chips into the top of the dough.
- Microwave until the cookie is dry on top and springs back when lightly pressed in the center, about 1½ minutes. Let sit for a few minutes to cool.
- Enjoy!
