5 ALARM SAUCE
Steps:
- Combine the hot sauce, margarine or butter, cayenne pepper, chile flakes, horseradish, jalapenoes, habaneros, cumin, garlic, onion and black pepper in a food processor and mix on medium speed until all the ingredients are well mixed. Reserve the hot sauce to toss with chicken wings.
- Cook's Note: Be sure to wear gloves when cutting the jalapeno and habanero and do not touch your face after handling the seeds or cut up peppers to avoid irritation!

Something I came up with on my own after a little trial and error. (considering that I'm not much of a cook) lol

Steps:
- Set salted water to boil in a large pot, empty both cans of sauce into medium sized pot and set to low, place gound beef into frying pan on high and start to break up the meat.
- Shake cayenne pepper onto one side of ground beef (ammount of cayenne used is personal prefference).
- Turn gorund beef when brown and repeat Step 2.
- When beef is done, add green pepper and onion, grilling them for about 5 minute.
- Add beef-onion-greenpepper mix to the sauce and mix well.
- Add italian, tex-mex, cajun, & roasted pepper & garlic seasonings as well as the crushed red peppers to the sauce(ammount used is again personal prefference) and stir, mixing well.
- Add full bag of noodles to large pot and stir occasionally until they are desired tenderness.
- Strain noodles and place back into large pot.
- Add sauce mix to the noodles and stir well, ensuring that all the noodles are covered with sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!

CHILI.... FIVE ALARM
Developed in 1885 by Joseph Steinwald, son of a cheese maker in Colby, Wisconsin. THIS IS FOR A CROCKPOT, but can be made on the stove top.

Steps:
- In a large skillet brown the beef, drain and set aside.Add onion and garlic sautee' on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Using a slotted spoon scoop the beef into a large crock pot. Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot EXCEPT, spicy topping!
- Stir to mix very well. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. If you are cooking on high you must stir once and awhile.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for topping. Stir well to combine all the flavors together. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Drop a couple of spoon fulls on top! Sprinkle with colby cheese, Serve.
