2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Steps:

  • Bring combined broth and salsa to boil in medium saucepan.
  • Add rice and VELVEETA; stir. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
  • Stir until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

Steps:

4 cups cooked rice
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can rotel tomatoes and green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1/2-1 teaspoon taco seasoning
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
