BLEU CHEESE DIPPING SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/4 lb bleu cheese, roquefort or gorgonzola
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs wine vinegar
Dash hot sauce

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, mash the bleu cheese, leaving some clumps. Whisk in the mayonnaise until blended. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until served.
