This seasoning can be used for Blackened Fish, Blackened Steak, or Blackened Chicken Breast. When cooking a blackened recipe, always use a heavy cast iron skillet heated to a very high heat. 1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp seasoned salt (lawry's)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp ground sage
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp tony's creole seasoning
1 tsp paprika

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients until well blended (use a food processor if available).
  • 2. Makes 1 1/2 ounces.
