Steps:
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk; stir with fork until mixture forms soft dough.
- Knead on lightly floured surface 20 times or until smooth. Roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut into circles with floured 3-inch biscuit cutter, rerolling dough scraps as necessary. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 min. or until golden brown. Meanwhile, crumble sausage into large skillet. Cook on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min. or until done. Heat gravy in small saucepan until heated through.
- Cut biscuits in half horizontally. Spoon sausage onto bottoms of biscuits; cover with gravy. Top with remaining biscuit halves.
