Big Jim's Cheesy Ham & Pepper Egg Bake image

Ham and cheese are must-haves in any egg bake, but the yellow peppers add a delicious, unexpected flavor to this crowd-pleasing dish.

Number Of Ingredients 9

18 slices white bread (about 20-oz. loaf), cubed
1/2 cup chopped yellow peppers
3 cups KRAFT Shredded Three Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1-1/2 cups small fresh broccoli florets
1 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham
1/3 cup chopped red onions
8 eggs
3 cups milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Layer half each of the bread, peppers and cheese in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with broccoli, ham and onions. Repeat layers of bread, peppers and cheese.
  • Whisk eggs in large bowl until blended. Add milk and butter; mix well. Pour over ingredients in baking dish.
  • Bake 50 min. to 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.
